1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange of an item.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Free from any damage caused by misuse (other than manufacturing defects).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
2. Items Not Eligible
- Items purchased on clearance / heavy discount (e.g. 50% off or more) may not be refundable; exchanges might be allowed in some cases.
- Innerwear, socks, undergarments, and other products where hygiene is a concern usually are non-returnable / non-exchangeable, unless defective.
- Customized, made-to-measure, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
3. Faulty, Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item (wrong size, color, missing parts, etc.), you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos as proof.
- Once approved, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund in the form of voucher for future purchases, as per your preference.
4. Return / Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service at info@ninicon.com and +923345303275 / WhatsApp / Phone, with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the return to us.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect on our part.
- Once we receive the return package and inspect the item, we will let you know if the exchange/refund is approved.
5. Refunds
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded in the form of voucher/coupon for future purchases.
- Please allow 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed (bank processing times may add more delay).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty item, wrong item delivered).
6. Exchanges
- You can request an exchange for a different size or color (if available).
- If the replacement product’s price is higher, you will pay the difference.
- Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the exchange is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched, by contacting us with your order number.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible; you may instead follow the return / exchange process after delivery subject to above terms.
8. Sale / Discounted Items
- Products bought at a sale/discount may have limited return or exchange eligibility (often no return, only exchange or store credit).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges on sale items, per the size of discount or nature of sale.
